First Tier Communications Ready to Take Iowa by Storm

Wolski has wasted no time making adjustments since relocating from Milwaukee, WI along with his business partner Quron Payne. Both bring very fresh ideas to the area, and as a result, First Tier Communications has hit the ground running.

First Tier Communications is an in-store marketing company that provides new client acquisition services for a wide range of consumer electronics, home entertainment and communications clients. In order to be successful at this they developed a management training position to develop their top people into upper level managers. Derrick Wolski was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. After graduating from Hamilton High School he began working as a senior pharmacy tech and advanced quickly where he spent five years. Shortly there-after, Derrick took a job in management for a local apartment complex. In February 2015 Derrick began working as an entry-level sales rep for Elite Media Communications. Derrick became a rising star, was immediately promoted to account manager, and continued to soar in the management training program. He quickly caught the attention of company CEO Leigh Jackson where they developed a close relationship that still stands present day. When the opportunity presented itself for Wolski to open his own branch in Sioux City, Jackson felt Derrick more than personified the qualities needed.
