First-Time Homebuyer Purchases Residence Four at El Paseo in Foothill Ranch

"After my husband Cody and I were married, we seriously considered purchasing a new home, but initially put the plans on hold while we were expecting our first child," Jenelle recalls. "Also, the floorplans of older homes at our price point couldn't compare to the modern, open floorplans we found at El Paseo. The two-story floorplan features a large great room and dining area, spacious kitchen, spacious secondary bedrooms and large master suite with covered balcony -- a feature Jenelle covets: "The master bedroom and closet are huge and I love the balcony, where I will enjoy my morning coffee!"

Jenelle and Cody also chose to personalize their new home with an array of options, another advantage of buying new at El Paseo: "We love knowing we can move in with everything we want already in place," she said. "We had so much fun at our Design Studio appointment! We've upgraded our kitchen cabinets and added Caesarstone countertops, built-ins; upgraded flooring, carpet and tiles; and customized paint throughout. It's everything we've wanted."

"There were a lot of reasons we chose this area," explains Jenelle. "My aunt and uncle live in Foothill Ranch and my parents are close by in Yorba Linda, so I appreciate that I have family up the street or just a quick drive away. "We were initially drawn to El Paseo by the floorplans, but when we saw the amenities, plus the fact that there was a low HOA and low tax-rate, we were sold and completely confident in our choice to buy here."

Once choosing to buy at El Paseo, the Robisons then started the homebuying process, a task that could be overwhelming for first-time buyers.
