First Trust Advantaged Short Duration High Yield Bond Fund Announces Results of Annual Redemption

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 17, 2015) - First Trust Advantaged Short Duration High Yield Bond Fund ("the Fund") (TSX:FSD.UN) announces that it has received requests for redemptions in respect of 1,016,795 Class A units and 10,833 Class F units of the Fund. Unitholders redeeming units will be entitled to receive a redemption price per unit equal to the net asset value per unit determined as of the date of redemption, the last business day of November, less any costs expenses incurred by the Fund in connection with funding the redemption. Redemption proceeds will be paid to unitholders on December 15, 2015.
