First US Selligent Awards Honor Relationship Marketing Brand Leaders

Representing excellence in digital marketing powered by Selligent's omnichannel marketing platform, the Selligent Award winners include Allstate, Ancestry, Prezi, YP.com, and Zipcar

BRUSSELS, BELGIUM and REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 26, 2016) - Selligent, the world's leading independent provider of 1-to-1 engagement solutions for relationship marketers, today announced the winners of the first annual US Selligent Awards, which acknowledge successful insight-driven campaigns powered by Selligent's omnichannel marketing platform. Award winners were announced on October 20, 2016, at Selligent's North American client and partner summit in Carlsbad, California.

Selligent clients were invited to submit case studies for the awards in six categories that span consumer-driven insights, personalized messaging, and sophisticated cross-channel engagement. Six of the seven winners were selected by an independent jury of industry thought leaders. The Public Award for Campaign of the Year was determined by the number of public votes submitted at www.selligent-awards.com

The Jury Award for Campaign of the Year was awarded to Ancestry for its use of Selligent to improve customer acquisition. Using Selligent's deep data analysis capabilities, Ancestry found that consumers new to the brand were most engaged when they could learn about their own history before signing up. With that insight, Ancestry created personalized, interactive campaigns driven by individual data points, which increased new membership significantly.

Prezi, the presentation platform that helps you connect more powerfully with your audience, won the award for both Data-Driven Content and Consumer-First Marketing. By utilizing Selligent to support highly personalized customer experiences, Prezi was able to craft a digital marketing strategy to improve their users' product onboarding success rate. After analyzing consumer engagement behaviors and designing marketing creative matched to those behaviors, Prezi was able to teach and engage product users at all stages of their customer lifecycle and product familiarity. Selligent's ability to support a large amount of data and dynamically create multiple variations of an email based on those data points were critical to driving significant lifts in Prezi's product onboarding engagement.
