FirstGrowth Capital Inc. Announces Change of Auditor

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 23, 2007) - Mr. Gil Schneider reports that FirstGrowth Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FGC) has engaged Myers Norris Penny as the new auditors of the Company. Myers Norris Penny will audit FirstGrowth's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006. FirstGrowth Capital had previously engaged Tompkins Wozny, Miller & Co. as its auditor.

There were no disagreements with Tompkins Wozny, Miller & Co. on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure for the period that their auditing services were provided.
