BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - February 16, 2011) - Fish & Richardson today announced that two of its IP litigators, John Gartman and Gregory Madera, have been named to the prestigious 2011 BTI Client Service All-Star list for their best-in-class client service.
BTI Consulting Group, a leading Boston-based market research firm, interviewed over 300 corporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies to determine their satisfaction with the law firms they work with. As part of this independent survey, corporate counsel are asked to name the individual attorney who truly delivers client service better than all others. Mr. Gartman and Mr. Madera were among 318 attorneys selected nationwide.
