How many calories in a soft drink?

Coming in at 141.9 calories per can, you would need to work out on the treadmill for approximately 15 minutes to burn off a can of your favourite fizz.
The Expert Fitness Tip:
Add a 2.5 incline to your treadmill workout for harder resistance and extra calorie burning.
How many calories in a biscuit?
Nutrition Facts:
One of the UK's favourite snacks has 45 calories per biscuit. If you have been tempted to enjoy the whole box, (although we wouldn't recommend it!) this would contain 540 calories. Thankfully, one 45 minute spinning class will burn off between 350 - 600 calories.
The Expert Fitness Tip:
Keep in time with your instructor so that you are maintaining the optimum resistance to gain the best results.
How many calories in a packet of crisps?
Nutrition Facts:
Cheese and onion crisps are not only bad for your breath; a single 35g bag contains 184 calories and a 100g party packet can contain a large 525 calories! Fear not, master the mitts and you can box off those calories with a 30 minute boxing workout.
The Expert Fitness Tip:
Let your trainer hold the pads for ultimate resistance. Boxing is not just for men, it is a great way for women to tone the upper arm area.
How many calories in fish and chips?
Nutrition Facts:
Fish n' Chips is a fast food, but how fast does it take to burn off? A typical serving of 350g contains 600 calories. All you need to do is skip for 40 minutes at a high intensity to tackle this one!
The Expert Fitness Tip:
Your skipping technique needs to be in a boxing skipping style rather than schoolyard skipping. Make sure to skip in time and maintain an ongoing speed for best results.
