Fittipaldi Logistics, Inc. Signs OEM Agreement With WebTech Wireless, Inc.

Company Signs 2 Year Agreement to Integrate WebTech Products Into EMMOLogic Commercial Vehicle Telematics Solutions

BOCA RATON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 4, 2007 -- Fittipaldi Logistics, Inc. (OTCBB: FPLD), the market leader in software development focusing on the freight transportation industry, announces a two year agreement with WebTech Wireless, Inc. (TSX-V: WEW), a leading provider of location-based fleet telematics services.

On March 20, 2007, Fittipaldi Logistics entered into a two-year Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Purchasing Agreement with WebTech Wireless, Inc. WebTech develops and manufactures wireless solutions that run on cellular and satellite networks. Fittipaldi Logistics is integrating some of WebTech's products into its commercial vehicle telematics offerings.

Fittipaldi Logistics has been evaluating the WebTech Wireless device for inclusion in its Fuel Efficiency and Emission Reduction modules for the past 2 months. By incorporating the WebTech device into these modules, EMMOLogic acquires the ability to seamlessly integrate into a truck's on-board diagnostic computer to gather a wide range of information. This information is critical to EMMOLogic's focus on increasing fuel efficiency and decreasing the amount of harmful emissions that are polluting the environment.

"Fittipaldi logistics is ramping up to provide emissions reduction and fuel savings solutions to the transportation industry, and we view the WebTech device as an integral part of our strategy," says Kevin Yates, COO Fittipaldi Logistics.

EMMOLogic is committed to building applications that deliver value. Additional modules include: Fleet Management System Integration for bi-directional communication and reporting, Remote Engine Diagnostics, Vehicle Security, and many others.

"The partnership with Fittipaldi Logistics provides us with an important new outlet for our products, and we believe that there is every opportunity for this relationship to grow in the coming months," says Cameron Fraser, CTO and COO of WebTech Wireless.

Fittipaldi Logistics will host and manage the on-demand web-based application on dedicated servers offering a high-availability, guaranteed bandwidth to ensure 24/7 reliability of information access and communications.
