Five Cubits Announces HQ Relocation to Chicago Complete and Reincorporation as a Delaware Corporation

ELMHURST, IL--(Marketwire - December 7, 2010) - Five Cubits, Inc. announced today that the company has relocated its corporate headquarters to the Chicago suburbs. They also announced the reincorporation of the company in Delaware, with Five Cubits replacing BMG Controls as the corporate brand. TrakitGPS, Varipro and Seltec will remain divisions within the company and will retain their discrete brands.

John G. Jazwiec, President and CEO of Five Cubits, said, "We have completed a successful transition to a new company headquarters. This evolution will allow us to scale our business infrastructure and centralizing our best management talent to accommodate our expected revenue growth. We are also synchronizing our branding around Five Cubits. We believe Five Cubits will better convey our company's goals, market message, and cultural evolution."

Rich Haus has relocated to Chicago and remains in charge of Seltec operations, as well as leading Five Cubits product marketing. Rich has eighteen years of software, automation and technology experience, eight of those in the bulk construction materials industry. Rich is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University with a BS degree in mechanical engineering.

To support the business expansion, Five Cubits has recently hired a number of new members in the finance department. Jeff Gullang was hired as the company's controller. Jeff has fifteen years of accounting and financial management experience, including twelve years with Whittman Hart. Jeff is a certified public accountant and graduate of Northern Illinois University with a BS degree in accountancy. Five Cubits also hired Maria Ford as a finance manager and human resource specialist. Maria has twelve years of accounting, finance and benefits experience, including six years with GlobalView Software and five years with Grant Thornton. Maria is a graduate of Kendall College with a BA degree in economics.
