Fiverr® Launches the 'Small Biz Digital Makeover' in the San Francisco Bay Area Offering Small Business Owners $3,000 for Complete Digital Revamp

Gary Vaynerchuk to Serve as Judge and Ambassador for the Free Challenge

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - April 26, 2016) - Fiverr, the global marketplace for creative and digital services, has launched the "Small Biz Digital Makeover" today to give small businesses the chance to revamp their digital presence. With the guidance of Gary Vaynerchuk, founder of VaynerMedia and co-founder of Vayner Capital, the program will give small business owners the chance to completely overhaul their online presence using Fiverr's creative talent across disciplines like graphic design, web development, copywriting, voice-overs and video animation.

Despite the fact that 97 percent of consumers search for products and services online, only 51 percent of small businesses have an online presence, according to the Score Association. The reasons? A lack of time, money and expertise. Starting today through May 24th, San Francisco Bay Area small business owners will be able to change that with a chance to win $3,000 worth of Fiverr credit to makeover their digital presence. Working alongside talented Fiverr sellers, small business owners can expect customized technical and creative support to create an engaging and effective web presence.

"A strong online presence is impactful for businesses of all sizes, but it really makes a big difference for small businesses that are often looking to grow outside word of mouth and localized marketing," said Gary Vaynerchuk, program ambassador. "Working with Fiverr on the 'Small Biz Digital Makeover' is a chance to deliver impactful services to business owners that until now, saw them as either too costly or time-consuming. I'm looking forward to seeing the entrants and working with Fiverr to make a big change in their businesses."

Participation in the "Small Biz Digital Makeover" is free of charge and open to the public, resulting in three winners from the San Francisco Bay Area at the close of the contest. Participants are encouraged to share their submission to receive votes for the chance to win the Grand Prize.

In addition to the "Small Biz Digital Makeover" for San Francisco Bay Area businesses, the makeover is also open to businesses in Chicago and New York City simultaneously, with three winners in each location. In order to enter, businesses have to submit a brief application on why they should be selected at the link below.
