Digital Credit Union Gets Quick Results Using accountWORKS

INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 22, 2005 -- fiVISION has launched its latest enhancing technology designed to help financial institutions streamline the creation of new accounts. The accountWORKS application streamlines the process of adding and funding new accounts -- whether the application reaches the institution online, in the mail or in the branch!

While several organizations offer online account opening products today, the fiVISION accountWORKS solution is unique in its focus on making account opening consistent throughout the enterprise -- no matter how information is submitted. Additionally, accountWORKS has key integration points with the fiVISION CRM platform that offers even more opportunity to enhance the early relationship between the applicant and the organization.

The first accountWORKS user is $2.8 billion Digital Credit Union (DCU) of Marlboro, Massachusetts. DCU has used the product extensively in its account services and branch operations since December and extended the capability to online users in May of this year. Since rolling the solution out in these departments DCU has opened an average of 1,700 new memberships per month through the tools -- and is drawing over 350 new online memberships a month!
