More than 1.5 million Americans have saved billions of dollars using online resources and limited or few if any agent services to sell their house for sale by owner and save. In fact, the 2014 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers released by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) indicates 30 percent of home sellers are successful selling their homes without a full-service, full-commissioned realtor.
