Flamel Technologies Closes Sale of Development and Manufacturing Facility in Pessac, France to Recipharm AB

LYON, FRANCE--(Marketwired - Dec 1, 2014) - Flamel Technologies (NASDAQ: FLML) announced today that it has closed the sale of its development and manufacturing facility located in Pessac, France, to Recipharm AB that was announced on November 28, 2014. Under the agreement, Recipharm paid Flamel EUR 10.6 million and made an investment of EUR 10.5 million in Flamel's stock at a purchase price equal to the trailing 20-day average price.
