Flanders Announces Introduction of Its New Stackable (Nested) Air Filter

ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 17, 2006 -- Flanders Corporation (NASDAQ: FLDR), announced today that it would begin shipping its new nesting designed filter in certain markets in the United States and that it would be available nationwide during the second quarter of 2006.

This new product reduces the amount of space required for warehousing, shipping and handling and increases the holding power on the retail shelf.

Flanders has applied for six patents surrounding this product, relating to the product itself and the manufacturing process and tooling required for its construction.
