Flanders Announces Plans to Rebuild Bartow Facility

ST. PETERSBURG, FL--(Marketwire - February 29, 2008) - Flanders Corporation (NASDAQ: FLDR) today announced it plans on rebuilding the Bartow facility which was destroyed by a fire in July 2007. The new facility will be a 265,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art filter manufacturing facility. Construction will begin in March 2008 with an estimated completion time of seven to ten months.
