Flanders Corporation Assesses Fire Damage in Bartow

ST. PETERSBURG, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 19, 2007 -- Flanders Corporation (NASDAQ: FLDR) today announced that its manufacturing facility located in Bartow, Florida was damaged by fire on April 18, 2007.

Flanders estimates that $20,000 of Spun Glass Easy Flow inventory was destroyed and it will incur approximately $20,000 in clean up costs. In addition, Flanders lost between 8-12 hours of production but the lines will be fully staffed and operational today.
