The Jean Coutu Group (PJC) Inc. As soon as patients receive new prescriptions from their doctors, they can now take pictures of their prescriptions and send them to their pharmacists using their Health Record available on the Jean Coutu mobile application. Prescriptions can then be prepared in advance.

The Jean Coutu application now available on iOS and Android

All the Health Record's convenient functionalities are now accessible on the Jean Coutu application in IOS and Android versions. The Health Record therefore becomes a most valuable tool to manage prescriptions, to be used anywhere at the most convenient time. In addition to the new prescription image transmission, there are many other mobile benefits:

• Complete a simultaneous request for prescription renewals for one or several family members.
• Receive an It's Ready! notification to advise patients via email or text that their prescriptions are ready to be picked up.
• Access the Family Health Record prescription list.
• Share a Health Record access with someone else.
• Scan a prescription label to ask for a renewal.

The Jean Coutu mobile application can be downloaded in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This application is compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices, and with most smartphones and Android tablets.
