The transaction includes HONICO's Dynamic License Control (DLC) technology, a proven solution to help organizations proactively administer, control, and optimize high-value SAP licenses, allocate respective costs and deliver crystal clear management reports about actual usage.

HONICO's DLC technology now becomes FlexNet Manager for SAP® Business Suite, an integral component of Flexera Software's FlexNet Manager Suite for Enterprises.
