Flexible Solutions International, Inc. Third Quarter Revenue Up 47%

VICTORIA, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 10, 2006 --Flexible Solutions International, Inc. (AMEX: FSI) (FRANKFURT: FXT) is the developer and manufacturer of biodegradable and environmentally safe water and energy conservation technologies, as well as anti-scalant technology. Today the Company announces a significant revenue increase for third quarter 2006.

"Top line revenue for Q3, 2006 was $1.91 million, or 47% higher than Q3, 2005 revenue of $1.30 million," states CEO Dan O'Brien. "Further, this quarter over quarter growth substantially exceeds our previously stated expectations of 15% to 30%. I am extremely happy with the growth and the great work of the FSI team. Every product line contributed to this significant revenue increase."
