FLG Partners Announces Patty Fukami as a New Partner

PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwired - December 15, 2015) - FLG Partners (www.flgpartners.com) today announced the election of Patty Fukami as a partner in the firm, bringing the number of partners to 27.

Ms. Fukami has diverse financial industry experience, including retail and commercial banking and financial payment services. Before joining FLG, Patty was the Senior Vice President, Global Finance Operations and Corporate Services at Visa Inc. where, among other accomplishments, she acted as the global controller for Visa's $20B IPO in 2008, led a global team of over 300 to restructure and integrate finance and corporate services post-IPO, and executed numerous other global strategic initiatives. Prior to Visa, she was the CFO at Dominican University in San Rafael; the CFO at the Bar Association in San Francisco; the VP Finance and Administration at Diadexus, Inc., a public medical diagnostics company; and the VP Finance and Administration at Health Central, a public health content and commerce company. Previously, she was a Vice President Finance at Bank of America, where she set and implemented strategies for over 400 subsidiaries acquired through the Security Pacific and Continental Bank mergers.

Ms. Fukami holds a BS in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
