Flightstar Aircraft Services, Inc. Adding up to 150 Jobs

JACKSONVILLE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2006 -- Flightstar Aircraft Services, Inc. (Flightstar), a leading provider of heavy maintenance and modifications for narrow body air transport category aircraft, announced that the company will be adding up to 150 additional jobs in the next couple of months. Flightstar plans to fill a range of positions from aircraft mechanics to sheet metal and avionics technicians. Various support staff positions will also be offered by the company. These additional job openings are required to accommodate recent new contracts and to address the anticipated growth of the company during this first planned phase of expansion. In the near future, Flightstar will begin an evaluation process of various locations that will support phase two of the company's overall expansion plan.

In November of 2005, Flightstar completed its move from Jacksonville International Airport to a nine aircraft bay facility with over 200,000 square feet, located at Cecil Commerce Center at Cecil Air Field (VQQ) in Jacksonville, FL. Flightstar currently is the largest private employer at Cecil Commerce Center with over 300 personnel.
