The case stemmed from an alleged incident that took place on November 11, 2011, when the plaintiffs' minor child, who was six years old at the time, was allegedly attacked and injured by a dog that was owned by the defendants named in the Florida personal injury lawsuit. As a result of this alleged dog bite attack, the plaintiffs claim that the minor child at issue incurred medical costs and other forms of loss.
