Fluent Solar Commits To Making Lives Brighter & Safer

DRAPER, UT--(Marketwired - October 12, 2015) - Ever since its inception, Fluent has taken part in dozens of charitable projects in an effort to help families and communities in need live a more "fluent" life.

Fluent Solar, the energy and solar division of the Fluent brand, is defining its own vision of this charitable mission and joining with Fluent Home in their annual charity project this November.

This year's project is taking place in the Dominican Republic where many people live in poverty and are largely ignored by international aid efforts. The Dominican Republic is close to the hearts of many Fluent employees as many of them were raised there or have family in the country.

Fluent Solar is proud to be enhancing the #fluentcares charity by bringing their expertise in solar technology to people in need. They will donate and install a solar water filtration systems for a local school, which will provide clean water for the children of the school as well as surrounding village members. Chris Miles, a former BYU starting forward and Sales Manager at Fluent Solar said "We are so excited to be taking part in this charity project. Nothing is more rewarding than forgetting yourself and helping those in need. I'm glad we can use some of our advanced technology to make these people's lives easier and safer."

Fluent Home and Fluent Solar will also help rebuild the currently rundown school and donating much-needed school supplies. They will also be helping ten families that are less fortunate with a "Grant A Wish" themed project. These families will be given an item or gift that is essential to their day-to-day living.
