Flutteroo Introduces Reminder Functionality

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - April 1, 2011) - Flutteroo is delighted to announce that it has launched its new Reminder Functionality. The new functionality allows users to select an auction they are interested in, and activate a notification system which will alert them as that specific auction is coming to a close. This functionality is designed to simplify the Flutteroo experience for the customer, enabling them to keep on top of as many of Flutteroo's great auctions as they want.

Flutteroo runs auctions around the clock, across its three unique game types; Penny Auctions, Lowest Unique Bid Auctions and Price Drop Auctions. This range of games gives customers a choice unique to Flutteroo, with different customers enjoying different game types. The Reminder Functionality will be essential in allowing users to manage auctions across the game types with greater simplicity.

Dave Hobday, Flutteroo CEO, commented: "We're really pleased with the latest improvements to the service we are able to offer to our 300, 000 customers. With such a large and rapidly growing amount of customers, it's really important that we continue to step up, and make improvements that streamline user experience on the site."

He continued: "The introduction of Reminder Functionality will help encourage further engagement from customers with our auctions. The change comes following customer feedback; we went away, did the work, and now we're able to present our customers with the change. We hope they like the Reminder Functionality. We will continue to listen to our customer feedback and look forward making more positive changes further down the line."

The change comes following the improvement of Flutteroo's search functionality, yet another customer initiated change. Flutteroo's new search functionality was also aimed at improving user experience, and making the Flutteroo site easier to navigate. These functionality changes mean that whether a customer wants to bid on a cheap iPhone 4 or a cheap iPad 2, the products they want are easy to find and readily available for customers to grab a great deal on high end products.
