FlyMuch Adds Pamela Springer to Board of Directors

Manta CEO Brings Internet and Emerging Growth Expertise

COLUMBUS, OH--(Marketwire - Aug 10, 2012) - Manta President and CEO Pamela Springer is joining the board of directors of FlyMuch -- maker of the location-based monitoring and engagement service VenueSeen. Springer is also investing in the company to help VenueSeen accelerate customer acquisition and partnership expansion. As founder and CEO of Manta, Springer's extensive experience building technology products on the national level will be an asset to FlyMuch as VenueSeen expands its rapidly growing customer base.

"We launched Manta in Columbus with the goal of building it into a robust worldwide platform for small business. Similarly, after being built in Columbus, VenueSeen has already attracted national interest. I look forward to working with the board in supporting the great work already happening at VenueSeen. The significant benefit to the VenueSeen platform is that Fortune 500 Companies are now able to see how their brand is being represented by customers who take photos in-store, at hotels, sporting events and in every day action," explained Springer.

VenueSeen is a social media management/monitoring dashboard that aggregates location-specific photos, comments, tips and reviews from Instagram and Foursquare making it easier for businesses to identify, interact and engage with their most loyal customers. Launched in April 2012, VenueSeen is used by companies ranging from national franchises to single store establishments.

"There's no one else in Columbus who knows how to create and build a software service like Pam. We're grateful to have her insights and counsel as we continue to build VenueSeen into a must-have social media tool for Fortune 500 brand managers," said VenueSeen's CEO, Brian Zuercher.

Springer brings her 20+ years of experience in developing and leading technology based companies to her position on FlyMuch's board. Springer is also a board member for JobsOhio, an initiative by Gov. John Kasich to pursue job creation and capital investment opportunities for Ohio, and is a Trustee for Franklin University. Prior to joining Manta, she held leadership positions with a number of high-growth companies including Interliant, Inc. (Softbank investment), reSOURCE PARTNER, Inc. (KKR investment), Litton Enterprise Solutions, and Metatec, Inc.
