FNC Inc. Hires Moody's Veteran as Executive Vice President

Steve Grundleger Brings 30 Years' Experience in Securitization

OXFORD, MS--(Marketwire - September 9, 2010) -  FNC Inc., the company that pioneered real estate collateral management software, has hired Steve Grundleger as executive vice president.

"Steve has 30 years of expertise in residential mortgage lending and securitization," said FNC cofounder and CEO Bill Rayburn. "He spent a good portion of his professional career on Wall Street. All this has given him the breadth of knowledge and keen instincts needed to recognize opportunities posed in this rapidly evolving economy."

Grundleger managed the residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) bond rating business for Fitch Ratings before becoming part of a team building a structured finance business development group for the same company.

Prior to Fitch Ratings, Grundleger was a key principal developing and managing the RMBS bond rating business for Duff and Phelps Credit Rating Agency. Duff and Phelps was acquired by Fitch Ratings in 2000, when he assumed a senior role in the RMBS group at Fitch Ratings.

He also worked at Moody's Investors Service where he was a chairperson of RMBS bond and mortgage collateral credit. His prior work, also in developing RMBS markets, was with Salomon Brothers (where RMBS was born) and the First Boston Corporation.
