Focus Enhancements Ships First Order for Ultra Wideband System Integrated Package

CAMPBELL, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 14, 2007 --Focus Enhancements, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCSE), a worldwide leader in Ultra Wideband (UWB) wireless technology, video conversion and digital media, has received its first order for its UWB System-in-Package (SiP) from a developer in Asia incorporating high speed wireless technology in several innovative industrial and infrastructure applications.

"This purchase order represents a significant milestone for us and establishes our position as a leading supplier of high-performance UWB chips," said Brett Moyer, Focus Enhancements' president and chief executive officer. "Although we do not anticipate material contribution from UWB chipsets until the third quarter of 2007, shipping this order is a significant step on our path to revenue.
