Focus Enhancements Teams With Firefly Technology, Ltd. to Expand Global Semiconductor Presence in Europe

Relationship Significantly Strengthens Design-Win Potential for Chips Going Into Portable Media Products

CAMPBELL, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 26, 2007 -- Focus Enhancements, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCSE) has teamed with Firefly Technology, Ltd. to represent its complete line of TV-out video convergence and Ultra Wideband (UWB) semiconductor products in Europe.

The company's performance-leading UWB technology is compatible with wireless USB from the USB Implementers Forum, Inc. and video encoder chips, which enable TV-out for a variety of handheld media appliances. Firefly will sell both product lines to consumer electronics, PC, and cell phone markets.
