Focus Receives Strong Customer Response at Computex 2007

Company Showcased Industry-Leading High Frequency UWB and Mobile TV-Out Encoder Chip Sets

CAMPBELL, CA--(Marketwire - June 12, 2007) - Focus Enhancements, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCSE), a worldwide leader in Ultra Wideband (UWB) wireless technology, video conversion and digital media, summarized customer reaction to its product offerings at the Computex 2007 in Taipei, Taiwan June 5th through 9th.

"Customer response to our semiconductor products at Computex 2007 was strong," said Brett Moyer, CEO of Focus Enhancements. "Demonstrations of wireless video distribution using our UWB chip sets based on the WiMedia UWB Standard, reaffirmed Focus Enhancements' status as an industry-leading provider of this technology. In addition, operational reference designs using TV-out semiconductor technology for mobile media devices, specifically the new FS•471 ultra-mobile TV encoder chip, drew the interest of consumer electronic (CE) manufacturers."

"We demonstrated extended frequency range, from 3.1 gigahertz (GHz) to 7.4 GHz, and the quality of our UWB technology exceeded that of our competitors at the show, who were showing ranges of less than a meter," said Moyer. "We continue to actively work with approximately two dozen companies, including major personal computer manufacturers, CE companies and original device manufacturers who are working to design our chip sets into their products. In addition, we announced the commencement of shipments of engineering samples to customers who have finished their technology evaluation of our UWB solution. Our chip sets are now being designed into these customers' products."

"Portable media device developers are seeking a small battery-friendly TV-out technology solution which we delivered in the new FS•471 chip. The interest was high, as the reference designs using the chips attracted many engineers."
