Fonality Announces Latest Version of Its Cloud-Based Unified Communications Platform

The 2010.2 cloud software update will include a new version of HUD, the award winning Unified Communications application that connects the phone, desktop and organization with a single easy-to-use interface, as well as new call center and enterprise redundancy features. Fonality will demo HUD 2010.2 for Fonality Connect during the conference.

With 2010.2, HUD is offered completely in the cloud and offers a new user-friendly interface with powerful features across web browsers and mobile devices, including iPhones and Android-powered phones, and the desktop. By incorporating HUD into the cloud, the platform's new architecture does the heavy lifting, enabling clients such as PCs and Macs, to be lean and efficient. Fonality's 2010.2 will be released for general availability in Q4 2010 for all of Fonality's cloud-based product lines, including Fonality Connect, and is now available as a beta for interested customers.
