Food Recall Warning (Allergen): Stawnichy's Meat Processing Brand Beef Jerky Products Recalled Due to Undeclared Wheat, Mustard, Soy and Sulphites

Stawnichy's Meat Processing is recalling various beef jerky products from the marketplace because they contain wheat, mustard, soy and sulphites which are not declared on the label. People with an allergy to wheat, mustard, or soy or a sensitivity to sulphites should not consume the recalled products described below.

What you should do

This recall was triggered by Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) inspection activities. The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products. If other high-risk products are recalled the CFIA will notify the public through updated Food Recall Warnings.

The CFIA is verifying that industry is removing recalled products from the marketplace.

Illnesses

There have been no reported allergic reactions associated with the consumption of these products.
