iBoard Brings Digital Advertising to Nightclubs, Lounges, Restaurants and Hotels

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - May 8, 2008) - Digital advertising is about to get social with a unique media outlet that is the first of its kind. At least that is the plan of D'Oyen and Azalaya Fraser, who today announced the launch of iBoard, a digital magazine that will be debuting in upscale clubs, lounges, luxury boutique hotels and trendy restaurants throughout the Washington, D.C. area.

The iBoard is a product of iBoard Media, a company that specializes in digital display advertising. In addition to featuring advertisements targeted to the socialite, such as high-end fashion, jewelry, luxury cars, events and arts and entertainment promotions, the iBoard will display venue-specific content ranging from event calendars to menus, pictures, club/house track picks and top 10 lists. Potential advertisers may include brands such as Gucci, Cartier and Sephora.

"Unlike traditional magazines, where you turn the page and you're done, iBoard advertisements will be seen 100 times over throughout the course of a night," said co-owner Azalaya Fraser. "More important, it does so in a way that integrates seamlessly with the venue."

Content for iBoard will be geared to high-income-earning professionals ranging in age from 25 to 40. It is currently displayed in Washington, D.C. at Lima Restaurant and Lounge, Josephine's, Fly Lounge and Lotus to name a few. iBoard will be expanding into the Atlanta, Baltimore, Los Angeles, Miami and New York City markets in the coming months.

Each iBoard is custom built with materials that compliment the décor of the venue in which it is displayed and no two iBoards are alike. While the iBoard is a network of information each unit can be programmed to run content specific to the time of day and for that venue.

"The advantage of the iBoard is that we are able to place our advertisers directly in front of their target market in hard-to-enter venues," said D'Oyen Fraser, noting that iBoard receives VIP status in exclusive properties whose clientele expect and are accustomed to VIP treatment.
