Foremost Income Fund Confirms No Distribution for 2016

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Feb. 28, 2017) - Foremost Income Fund ("Foremost" or the "Fund") confirms no distribution for 2016.

By way of a press release dated December 15, 2016 (the "press release"), Foremost Income Fund (the "Fund") announced its projection that there will be no distribution in respect of the 2016 fiscal year.

In the press release, the Fund undertook to confirm the foregoing in February 2017 upon final determination of the taxable income of the Fund.

This press release confirms that in accordance with the Fund's projection as contained in the press release, there will be no distribution in respect of the 2016 fiscal year.
