Former Comcast Executive John Hart Joins Ubiquity as Vice President, Product Line Management

CARDIFF, Wales--(CCNMatthews - Nov 7, 2005) -

Ubiquity Software (LSE: UBQ.L), a provider of SIP-based communications software, today announced that John Hart is joining Ubiquity's executive team as Vice President of Product Line Management, effective immediately.

With Mr. Hart's impressive telecommunications industry experience, he will be an invaluable addition to our team as Ubiquity builds out its product portfolio."

Mr. Hart joins Ubiquity from Comcast where he served as Director, IP Provisioning and BSS Systems and assisted with the creation and strategy of the "Bedrock Platform", which provisions over seven million broadband customers for voice, data and video services. Prior to Comcast, Hart held executive positions in product lifecycle management and marketing at various OSS companies. He also held management positions with Digital Equipment Corporation and AT&T.

Mr. Hart is a graduate of William Jewell College and completed post graduate work in law and business at the University of Missouri.
