With over two decades of creative leadership experience in the digital media industry, Negoescu is well-known for his key role at Frog Media and the innovative and successful programs he drove for the world's largest companies.
In his new role, Negoescu will merge user needs, business vision and technical requirements into the architecture and design of the RealMassive search platform and applications. As the leader of the design group, he will promote a customer-focused design organization that fulfills user need through highly usable, engaging design solutions.
Negoescu will also apply his background as an entrepreneur, inventor and creative leader to support RealMassive's goals of delivering marketing automation, real-time data and market intelligence to the commercial real estate space.

Most recently, Negoescu served 8 years as CEO of NAKA Media, where he delivered experience design for Apple, Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, PayPal, Plantronics, Qualcomm and many others. His career also includes successful stints as founder of Openlabs Inc as Chief Architect, director at the Austin Planetarium and VP of Business Development at Softwallet.
