Former GNC Executive Joins 4moms as Chief Administrative Officer

Mike Nuzzo Brings 20+ Years of Experience to Lead Consumer Robotics Company's Growth

PITTSBURGH, PA--(Marketwired - Jun 16, 2014) - 4moms, a special-purpose robotics company that makes high tech baby gear, announced today that Mike Nuzzo has been appointed Chief Administrative Officer and EVP of Business Development. As the former CFO for GNC, Nuzzo brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role at 4moms where he will be taking a leadership role on the senior team helping the company manage its ongoing dramatic growth.

Nuzzo most recently served as EVP and Chief Financial Officer of GNC, a global specialty retailer of health and wellness products. Since 2008, he was responsible for addressing GNC's finances, operations and overall strategy, including financial forecasts and budgets. He also helped lead the company's successful initial public offering in 2011. Prior to GNC, Nuzzo was at Abercrombie & Fitch for nine years in leading roles in the finance department. He was a key executive for both the Abercrombie & Fitch store organization and various corporate business units of the company. Nuzzo received his MBA degree in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree in economics from Kenyon College.

Mesic previously held senior supply chain roles at public companies including Accenture, Virgin Mobile Canada, and Spin Master. Dowling previously held senior engineering and strategy roles at Color Kinetics, a leading innovator of LED lighting systems and technologies that was a public company when it was acquired by Philips.
