Former IMC2 Marketing Executive Joins VHA INC.

IRVING, TX--(Marketwire - April 28, 2008) - VHA Inc., the national health care alliance, has hired Samantha Keyes as Vice President of Corporate Marketing.

Keyes joins VHA from imc2, a digital marketing agency headquartered in Dallas, where she was director of marketing and communications from 2007-2008. There, she developed and managed the corporate brand strategy and all internal and external marketing, communications and thought leadership activities.

From 1992-2006 Keyes worked at Plano, Texas-based information technology services provider EDS. Initially a marketing research associate in the health care industry group, Keyes rose rapidly through the organization. From 1993-1995, Keyes worked in EDS' management consulting service and from 1995-1998 she was a senior analyst. That year, Keyes was named director of strategy for EDS' energy industry group. In 2002, Keyes became EDS' director of brand and marketing strategy, managing brand strategy and market positioning, conducting brand and market research as well as managing the marketing and competitive intelligence function. In 2005, Keyes was named director of brand and advertising, and was given added responsibility for developing, implementing and managing strategic, enterprise-wide advertising initiatives.
