Former MTV Networks Executive Joins YANGAROO Team

Emilienne Gray, Former Sr. Vice President Music and Talent Programming & Strategy, MTV + VH1 Joins as Special Consultant and Broadcast Advisor

(TSX VENTURE:YOO)(OTCBB:YOOIF), the industry's leading secure digital media distribution company is pleased to announce that Emilienne Gray, former Sr. Vice President Music and Talent Programming & Strategy, MTV + VH1 is joining the YANGAROO team as special consultant and broadcast advisor. Emilienne will be responsible for establishing relationships with new music video broadcasters in North America and Europe, and expanding YANGAROO's relationships with current broadcasters, record labels, and artists.

Emilienne Gray is the Founder and President of VISION-INTELLECT, LLC, a boutique Media and Entertainment Consulting & Coaching firm, where she brings over 25 years of experience in these industries. Emilienne grew up in Paris, France and began her career in Germany. Prior to her career as a television and entertainment industry executive, she toured the world as a performing artist/singer and ran her own independent record label. Her tenure at Viacom/MTV Networks started 1995 with the launch of VH1 Germany in Hamburg, and quickly progressed to Head of Music Programming for MTV Central Europe. Emilienne's career moved to New York in July 2000 in pursuit of new possibilities and expansion.

Last fall, Emilienne stepped down from her executive position at Viacom (MTV+VH1, Sr. VP Music and Talent Programming & Strategy). She had been with the company for 18+ years, in various senior positions in the USA and Internationally. As part of her leadership responsibilities, Emilienne has led the integration of market research, has spearheaded major projects to redesign processes across multiple channels/departments, streamlining work-flow and creating new check-ins that reduced the potential "distractions" and errors, and also resulted in greater efficiencies and "tuned-in" operational environment. She received the prestigious internal 'Share the Vision Award' for her exceptional contributions to the company's growth. Emilienne received her B.S in Economics from Universite Paris X (France) and the Harvard Business School's Executive Management Program.
