Former PricewaterhouseCoopers IT Manager Added to Propalms, Inc.'s TSE Advisory Board

NORTH YORKSHIRE, UK--(Marketwire - August 14, 2007) - Propalms, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRPM) is pleased to announce that Mr. Frank Boesche, former IT manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada, has joined the Company's advisory board for its TSE software. Mr. Boesche is currently working closely with Propalms' development and executive team on ideas relating to the TSE software package.

Mr. Boesche began his career in the IT field with BoeStein Haus of Germany in 1991. Mr. Boesche has since worked as a technical analyst, systems engineer, and solutions consultant for companies such as IBM UK, Liberty technology, and Schlumberger Geoquest. In 2004, Mr. Boesche served as Chief Technology Officer for SavyTel Communications. Mr. Boesche joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, and led a project of nine pilots for server-based applications, choosing Propalms TSE software as the launch platform. To date, his decision to use the TSE software has saved the company money along with saving the project an additional 45 days in implementation time.

Propalms, Inc. recently announced that the Company signed a contract with the Army Emergency Relief to provide 25 licenses for its TSE software. Established in 1942 by the Secretary of War, Army Emergency Relief has helped more than 3 million soldiers and their families overcome financial emergencies during the last 65 years. AER funds are made available to commanders having AER Sections to provide emergency financial assistance to soldiers active and retired, and their dependents when there is a valid need.
