Former Royal Bank Executive Joins Creditz Management Team

Explosive Growth in Digital Currency Coming

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 26, 2005 -- Jonathan Montgomery, a leading executive with over 15 years of financial services experience, has joined CEO America, Inc. (OTC: CEOA), an international digital currency system called CREDITZ, as an Executive Vice President. Charles Weber, CEO of CEO America, stated: "Jon brings both financial services and entrepreneurial experience to the team."

Mr. Montgomery is formerly a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch and for 5 years built the Merchant Service department of the Securities division of Capital City Bank, Tallahassee, FL.

Jon was responsible for Royal Bank of Canada's (RBC) distribution of insurance products in the southeastern United States. As the first Regional Vice President for RBC, Insurance division, he developed relationships with financial advisors and laid foundations on which the entire wholesaling team now operates.

Most recently Jon lead the financing team for a real estate development just south of historic Georgetown, SC, which provided both equity and debt financing of $42 million.

Jon has varied interests as founder of Zuma Art Company (ZAC), a non-profit organization, which helps nurture the expression of human creativity. ZAC also funds art programs in public schools in Florida.

Jon is a graduate of the University of Florida with Bachelors in Finance and post-graduate studies at Florida State University.
