Former Unica & Epsilon Executive Richard Hale Joins ClickSquared to Direct Key Growth Markets Including CPG, Retail and Consumer eServices

WALTHAM, MA--(Marketwire - June 24, 2008) - Continuing to add depth to its areas of strong vertical market expertise, leading interactive relationship marketing firm ClickSquared, Inc., today announced the appointment of former Unica executive Richard Hale to general manager. In this position, Hale will work directly with several of ClickSquared's high growth vertical market teams to define and expand marketing service offerings for clients.

While there, Hale built and led the services function during seven years of high growth, significant global and product expansion, and three acquisitions. Hale was responsible for increasing services revenue from less than $1 million to $16 million as the company grew from $4 million to $100 million in revenue.

Prior to that, Hale spent 20 years at Epsilon, a leading provider of information-driven marketing technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies. As vice president of consulting services at Epsilon, he provided strategic and technical services across multiple vertical markets and worked with clients to deliver services that produced ROI in world-class information-based marketing environments.
