Forrester Analysts JP Garbani and Galen Schreck Highlight Top IT System Management Concerns in September Webinar Series

TORONTO--(Marketwire - September 3, 2009) - uptime software will host a selection of educational webinars this month, presented by leading analyst firm Forrester Research. The series, hosted by Forrester analysts Jean-Paul Garbani and Galen Schreck, will cover the most common challenges that companies face today in terms of managing business services, critical assets, and virtual and physical IT environments. The talks will cite recent research, provide practical strategies and best practices, and share common pitfalls that organizations should avoid.

"As more and more companies virtualize their assets, IT managers are challenged to gain an understanding of incidents and problems using their (now) outdated management solutions. The rush to implement VMs has essentially created a weak spot for IT, in terms of managing and monitoring critical assets. We created this webinar series to give attendees an opportunity to pose their questions and IT pain points to experts and proven thought leaders in the space," said Alex Bewley, uptime software Co-CEO.
