Fortified Holdings Appoints Navy IT Strategist Admiral Jerry Tuttle to Advisory Board

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - November 28, 2007) - Fortified Holdings Corp. (OTCBB: FFDH) ("Fortified" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Vice Admiral Jerry O. Tuttle (USN, Ret.) to the corporate Advisory Board.

Admiral Tuttle retired from the United States Navy in 1993 following a 39-year career that included assignments to numerous attack and fighter squadrons as well as leadership of key IT programs. Mr. Tuttle is widely regarded as an information technology strategist, having created the Navy's C4I Joint Operations Tactical System. In 1989, he became Director, Space and Electronic Warfare, an assignment he held until retirement. During this tour he crafted the Navy's C4I architecture; Copernicus, and Information Warfare architecture; Sonata. Prior to this he was Director, Command, Control and Communications (C3) Systems, The Joint Staff. From 1985 to 1987, he was Deputy and Chief of Staff for the Commander in Chief, U.S. Atlantic Fleet, following a tour as Naval Inspector General.

He has served as a member of the Defense Science Board, a member on the Board of Directors for the USO-Metro, a chairperson of the Board of Advisors to the Superintendent of the Naval Postgraduate School, a member of the Board of Advisors to the Georgia Tech Research Institute, a member of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, and an Advisory Board Member to the Software Engineering Institute. He is a Navy Aviator Gold Eagle.

He is currently President and CEO of J.O.T. Enterprises, an information systems and command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance consulting company. Previous executive positions were as president of REL-TEK Systems & Design (now Savantage Financial Services), an employee-owned software development firm; with ManTech International Corporation's executive management team for four years, as Senior Vice President of ManTech International Corporation and President of ManTech's largest subsidiary, ManTech Systems Engineering Corporation; and Vice President for business development and chief staff officer with Oracle Government.

Admiral Tuttle joins our growing roster of illustrious advisory board members alongside Ambassador Thomas C. Ferguson, senior Member of the Reagan and Bush Administrations; Mr. Pierre J. Thuot, President of Mach25 Solutions Incorporated and a former multi-mission NASA astronaut; Rear Admiral Richard A. Appelbaum, United States Coast Guard (ret.) a 35-year veteran with a distinguished career both in operational command and senior administrative assignments; and Everett Alvarez, Jr., a notable naval officer, lawyer, author, entrepreneur, former Deputy Administrator of the Veterans Administration and former POW well known for his 8 1/2 year captivity during the Vietnam era.
