Fortified Holdings Planned Subsidiary Z5 Technologies Delivers NOMAD Incident Command Units to the Federal Emergency Management Agency

ROCKVILLE, MD--(Marketwire - July 11, 2007) - Fortified Holdings Corp. (OTCBB: FFDH) ("Fortified Holdings" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its planned subsidiary, Z5 Technologies, is delivering 20 upgraded NOMAD C4XS™ mobile communications and incident command units to the Federal Emergency Management Agency as well as four upgraded units to the Department of Homeland Security - Wireless Management Office in Washington, DC.

Brendan Reilly, President of Z5 Technologies, said, "We are very excited to have the opportunity to continue to expand on our partnership with FEMA and the Wireless Management Office of DHS. In order to enhance FEMA's emergency response capability, Z5 will support the agency as it deploys NOMAD Incident Command units throughout the country. Most of the NOMAD units will be delivered to Primary Federal Officers in various FEMA regions throughout the country in order to improve the ability of each region to respond to those in need at times of crisis."

Mr. Reilly added, "The NOMAD C4XSB™ has no equal in its ability to rapidly deliver command and control communications to geographically dispersed personnel. Deployable in less than 5 minutes, the C4XSB™ instantly provides communications to first responders. When deployed with other NOMAD units the C4XSB™ creates a self-healing, ad-hoc mesh network (802.11b/g, 4.9Ghz optional) capable of providing up to 54Mbps of network bandwidth over vast geographic areas spanning incident-specific locations, entire cities, and even state wide. With an integrated MIL-STD 810F computer, a 16-hour rechargeable power supply, EV-DO Cellular routing capabilities and broadband satellite connectivity, large teams of mobile users are assured of having real-time access to communications and mission critical data whenever and wherever needed."

Current customers of Z5 Technologies' NOMAD units include the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force, the City of New Orleans, Jefferson Parish Police Department and a number of other state, local and federal agencies throughout the country. In addition, the American Red Cross is currently piloting the Z5 NOMAD during this year's hurricane season.
