Fortress Signs Reg. CE Equity Crowdfunding Agreement With ROKY Oil Services Investment Services to Raise Money for Its 2nd Eagle Ford Shale Saltwater Disposal Supercenter and Mud Farm

The Reg. CE Crowdfunding Offering Plans to Raise $5 Million by Selling Equity Shares That Are Expected to Pay a 50+% ROI via Monthly Mailbox Checks Over a Period of Twenty to Forty Years

SAN ANTONIO, TX--(Marketwired - Sep 21, 2015) - Fortress Environmental Holdings announced today that it has signed a definitive equity crowdfunding agreement with ROKY Oil Services Investments to launch a $5 million oil & gas fundraising campaign. The Reg. CE crowdfunding campaign will raise the startup capital needed to complete the build out of its second Supercenter Disposal Facility which includes a Salt Water Disposal (SWD) Well, Mud Farm, Commercial Truck Wash, and Frac Tank Washout Center in Dimmit County to serve the oil & gas industry in the Texas Eagle Ford Shale.

"After evaluating numerous equity and energy crowdfunding sites, we selected ROKY's investor relations team based on their 22-year, proven track record of successfully raising money and funding more than 250 oil and gas projects throughout Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming," said Tim Koziol, Fortress Environmental Services' CEO. "ROKY has a very impressive crowdfunding investment syndicate led by Mike Parsons and two Super Angel Investors, Jim Casparie and Elliot Reiff, who developed TVA's leading edge, Fundability Assessment Rating System to vet deals for their network of more than 600 accredited investors who follow their recommendations."

Fortress Environmental Holdings worked with ROKY's oil and gas investment syndicate in 2014 to successfully raise more than $9.3 million to build its first SWD Supercenter prototype in Waelder, Texas. The Waelder facility provides a one-stop shop offering every service that both oilfield trucking fleets and drilling operators need to streamline their operations and reduce expenses.

Fortress is currently taking advantage of the economic downturn in the oil & gas industry, which has significantly reduced the costs for drilling new SWD wells and the associated construction costs needed to build large-scale oilfield service supercenters.

ROKY Oil Services Investments is currently accepting new qualified and accredited investors into its oil & gas investment syndicate to support the Reg. CE equity crowdfunding campaign. The CE offering is now live and accepting investments from qualified and accredited investors.
