Fortune 500 Company Signs Deal for Proginet's CyberFusion Integration Suite (CFI)™; Feedback from CFI Trials Indicates Strong Market Acceptance

GARDEN CITY, N.Y.--(CCNMatthews - Nov 15, 2005) -

Proginet Corporation (OTCBB: PRGF), developer of the CyberFusion Integration Suite (CFI)™, an advanced managed file transfer solution that enables businesses to move information securely across multiple computing platforms, announced today that a leading research and engineering firm, from the Fortune 500, has purchased and deployed the company's CyberFusion Integration Suite.

CFI is the first single-point-of-control, advanced managed file transfer (AMFT) solution for the enterprise. Accessed via the new Command Center™ module, the CFI Suite integrates all file-transfer activity inside and outside an enterprise, centralizing the security, control, management, and auditability of all data transfers, across all platforms including IBM z/OS, OS/400, UNIX, and Windows.

Several other companies, including two from the Fortune 500, are currently evaluating CFI in a live production environment. These include companies in the insurance, healthcare, and consumer goods industries.

"Feedback from these companies has been significant and complimentary," says Kevin Bohan, Proginet's CIO. "Collectively, they note several key differentiators that set CFI apart from the competition." One company in particular notes that, "CFI simplifies trading partner integration tremendously: external business partners do not have to connect to the corporate network - CFI 'pushes' files down to partners instantaneously." Delegated administration was also identified as a core differentiator, "whereby users can be empowered based on their role within the organization." Another company notes that, "The depth and diversity of management reports exceeded expectations," continuing, "users can generate reports at granular levels, a key benefit in helping management maximize auditability and efficiencies across multiple departments."

"This positive feedback suggests strong market acceptance for CFI," said Jack Gazzola, Proginet's VP of Sales. "By bringing in CFI, companies can remain focused on business issues; file-transfer security, control, management, and auditability are taken care of... a critical requirement in today's tense regulatory environment."
