Forum Receives Beach Zone Assays

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 15, 2005) - Forum Development Corp. (TSX VENTURE:FDC) is pleased to report assays from its recently completed regional prospecting program at the Maurice Point Project, located along the western shore of Lake Athabasca in northwestern Saskatchewan. Uranium mineralization occurs in outcrop over a 100 metre (m) long breccia zone at the "Beach Zone". Grab samples taken from the Beach Zone reported assays of 7.31%, 2.20%, 2.16%, 2.06%, 1.55%, 0.935%, 0.871% and 0.388% U3O8 (see table attached).

The regional prospecting and sampling program included the re-examination of the historic "Uranium Ridge" uraniferous occurrence, situated immediately east of Forum's Mineral Permit MPP 1220. The Uranium Ridge showings had previously been investigated during the 1950s and 1960s where radioactivity reportedly occurred in shear-hosted basement rocks at the intersection of northwest and northeast trending faults / fractures. Sampling by Forum of the Uranium Ridge occurrence ranges in value from 0.257% to 1.01%% U3O8 (see table attached).

During this summer's field program, prospecting in the vicinity of Uranium Ridge revealed a number of radioactive boulders which were subsequently traced to a new anomalous zone, the Beach Zone, of intensely brecciated, silicified and hematized sedimentary rocks over 100 m. It is believed that the mineralized zone lies at or near the basement/regolith/sandstone unconformity surface. The newly discovered, uraniferous "Beach Zone" is located approximately 700 m northeast of the known Uranium Ridge showings. The above areas appear coincident with a northeast trending conductive zone identified through a GEOTEM airborne magnetic/electromagnetic survey conducted earlier this year. The conductive trend lies within Lake Athabasca and its amplitude increases towards the east at the limit of the survey. The Company has since acquired a 4,729 hectare claim located east of its permit to cover the "Beach Zone", its projected extensions and the projected trend of the electromagnetic conductor.

The Company is currently accessing all the results from the program, including review of past drilling in the vicinity of Cameco's nearby Maurice Bay deposit, analysis of Athabasca sandstone alteration and geochemistry in past drill holes, prioritizing other target areas resulting from the prospecting program and review of the airborne geophysics in light of the geological observations made from this year's program.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Samples are shipped in security sealed containers to Loring Laboratories Ltd. in Calgary, Alberta. Samples are analyzed by 30 element ICP analysis and uranium results greater than 1,000 ppm U are assayed by uranium fluorimetric analysis. Rock samples are crushed to minus 10 mesh, split to a 250 gram sample and pulverized to 90% passing 150 mesh. A 1 gram sample is digested in acid and uranium samples and standards are analyzed on a fluorometer.

The exploration program was conducted by Bob Nichol, P. Geo. of Taiga Consultants Ltd. Calgary, Alberta, a Qualified Person in the Province of Saskatchewan. Dr. Boen Tan, P. Geo. (Saskatchewan), Forum's Chief Geological Consultant, is the Qualified Person supervising the evaluation of Forum's uranium exploration projects.
