Founders Club Radio on Business RadioX Features Millennium Mat Company, Sport Licensing Solutions, and Cushing, Morris, Armbruster & Montgomery

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - February 03, 2015) -  On January 2th, 2015, Founders Club Radio welcomed to the studio Ian Malpass of Millennium Mat Company and Sports Licensing Solutions, and Mac Cushing of Cushing, Morris, Armbruster & Montgomery LLP. Host John Coffin spoke with these founders about what differentiates their businesses from others that provide similar services.

Ian Malpass, Founder of Millennium Mat Company and Sport Licensing Solutions, spoke about the current scope of both of his businesses. Millennium Mat Company started in 1999 in the manufacturing business for custom floor rugs. It has grown massively since then and has become a global company, selling to 29 different counties in the world. Last year, they sold 7 million meters of mats, which is from the east coast of the U.S. to the west coast, nine times and back. Malpass immensely values the hard work and dedication of his employees.

"We did a little silly thing the other day where I asked everyone to write down on a piece of paper who makes the big bucks in this company," said Malpass. "And of course everyone put my name down. But I don't make a single product, so I'm not making anything for the company whatsoever. The people who make it are the guys and girls on the production line. So we turned it upside down and let them know that they're the most important people in the building."

Mac Cushing and his firm, Cushing, Morris, Armbruster & Montgomery LLP, started out in 1985 with only a card table and two folding chairs. They purposefully grew their practice as slowly and steadily as they could to ensure quality work. They provide all the legal services a business could need, as well as support for institutions who handle all types of financial services. What makes them different is that the quality of their work is what one would receive at a large law firm, but with the cost and care that some of those firms do not provide. They work diligently on every case and file, and pride themselves on this work ethic.
