Founders Club Radio on Business RadioX Features Racemark International and Castellucci Hospitality Group

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - July 02, 2015) - On June 4, 2015, Founders Club Radio welcomed to the studio Cannon Bailey with Racemark International and Fred Castellucci with Castellucci Hospitality Group. Host John Coffin sat down with these guests to talk about leading the family business, working with Tesla, leveraging technology and how the restaurant business is like a Broadway show.

Cannon Bailey is President of Racemark International, a family-owned business established in 1964 that is the leading provider of automotive floor mats to premium auto companies including BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Their philosophy is to design and engineer the most innovative interior trim parts to meet and exceed the styling expectations of their international OEM customers.

"We are in a pretty rigid business where our customers will typically tell us, 'This is what the next vehicle will look like and here are your specs.' They may even have drawings and there is not a lot of wiggle room," said Bailey. "Once we build a relationship with our customers and they trust us since we are supplying them every day, we get the opportunity to work with their designers and engineers to show them new ideas and concepts, and hope that they work their way into the next program."

Joining in the conversation was Fred Castellucci, President of Castellucci Hospitality Group, operators of four Atlanta restaurants, including Sugo, The Iberian Pig, Cooks & Soldiers, and Double Zero. CHG's mission is to passionately pursue the perfect dining experience one guest at a time.

Castellucci elaborated on the company's mission and long-term focus. "Are we maintaining our culture? Are we maintaining that level of hospitality, the sincerity, and the kindness of the employees, not just to the customers but also to their coworkers? Are we creating an environment where great hospitality can happen?" He went on to explain, "My goal is to preserve that culture as much as we possibly can to make sure that the hiring decisions we're making at the top level trickle down to the bottom level, and that those people that we're hiring are marking good hiring decisions to bring on people that can deliver great hospitality."
