WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - May 25, 2011) - The Founders and Managers of RX Exploration Inc. ("RX Exploration" or the "Company"), Bob Bannerman, Mike Gunsinger, Murray Nye and Max Polinsky (the "Concerned Shareholders"), have learned that the Board of Directors of the Company has struck a Special Committee, which has retained independent counsel and a shareholder services firm to try to garner shareholder support.

"Not only has the current Board lost the confidence of the Concerned Shareholders, by striking the Special Committee, the Board is once again demonstrating poor usage of shareholder resources and incurring unnecessary costs for shareholders to bear. Additionally, the current Board is spending more effort and attention on self-preservation than on the operations of RX Exploration," states Concerned Shareholder, Bob Bannerman. "The Concerned Shareholders have heard from numerous shareholders who are excited about our vision for RX Exploration and we are confident that we will have the support of the majority of shareholders on June 7, 2011."

The Concerned Shareholders want to reiterate the message that certain members of the current Board do not effectively serve the interests of shareholders. The Board is mired in conflict and lacks the expertise the Company needs to grow and succeed and this is not the right board for RXE or its shareholders. More information about the Company's troubling current Board can be found in our information circular dated May 17, 2011 at

The Concerned Shareholder Nominees' vision is to generate increases in revenues sooner, creating greater value for shareholders over a shorter period of time, while impressively distinguishing RX Exploration in the competitive junior mining exploration market. Shareholders are asked to vote their GOLD proxy today to support the Concerned Shareholder Nominees and enable them to protect what has been built and to move forward into the production stage.
